OREANDA-NEWS. May 25, 2007. Within the framework of the seminar for the deputies of Directors on Commercial Affairs of Russian Post’s AFPS Liana Kalinina, Acting Deputy Director General of Russian Post told about the perspectives of raising the level of profitability of the enterprise. It was held 21-23 May in Sochi, reported the press-centre of  Russian Post.

Economic and financial aspects of management and new trends of development of several projects: the perspective of cancelling unified tax on imputed income, centralized structuring of financial block to the level of branch office and general post office, implementing of salary project by CJSC "Sviaz-Bank" were also discussed at the seminar.

The participants of the round table shared opinions on up-to-date trends concerning improvement of salary operations.

They presented several constructive suggestions on development of centralized program of salary calculation. In particular the suggestion supposes using individual documents instead of paylists so to keep privacy of this or that employee’s salary.

Over 100 persons visited the seminar, among them the representatives of each region, directors of the enterprise and its partners - CJSC AKB "Sviaz-Bank".
