The new BOD structure was formed of Alexander Safronov, Rosneft's vice-president, Vamim Egorov, Rosneft's head of capital construction department., Svetlana Mikhailova, Rosimushestvo's representative, Svetlana Stefanenko, deputy GD of FT Center, and also 5 representatives of Khabarovsk region.

The shareholders also approved year-end stamens and appointed Forest-Audit as company's auditor.

The shareholders also decided to cover losses for 2006 in the amount of 498 thd rub by the profits of the past years, and the rest part of the profit (90.116 mil rub) will be directed to the uncovered loss.
