Samara Airlines brought an appeal to interregional IFTS of Russia of pleading unlawful the decision N34 about tax collection in the amount of 18,99 mil rub for account of estate, and also brought an appeal MI FIS on recovery of penalty in the amount of 24,66 mil rub. Samara Airlines is one of the main carries in Privolzhsky region. Main shareholders is the State (more then 46%) and Krasair's management. It's authorized capital stock is 4,57 mil rub. It is divided into 2286444 common shares at 2 rub par value.
