OREANDA-NEWS. May 25, 2007. Evraz Group S.A. (LSE: EVR) announces that it has reached an agreement to acquire outstanding 50% interest in Yuzhkuzbassugol from existing shareholders, representing the management of the coal company.

The deal is subject to regulatory permissions and Evraz Board of Directors approval.
