ROSNO Holds Strategic Dialogue «Attaining Leadership in the Volgo-Vyatka Regional Market. Profitable Growth Strategy»
OREANDA-NEWS. May 16, 2007. A strategic dialogue on development perspectives of Volgo-Viatskaja ROSNO Directorate in 2007-2009 took place in Nizny Novgorod, being a part of annual events to plan regional corporate development strategy, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.
Dmitry Popov, ROSNO’s First Deputy General Manager, and Maxim Chernin, ROSNO’s Deputy General Manager, presided over the event.
Vera Yemelina, head of the Volgo-Vyatka Directorate, presented Directorate’s Branch Development Strategy for 2007-2009 to the strategic dialogue participants. Ms. Yemelina provided them with the regional insurance market analysis and described ROSNO’s position in the market and its development perspectives.
The Directorate’s main strategic goals and objectives for 2007-2009 are: entering the top three of Volgo-Vyatka region’s voluntary medical insurance companies, actively developing the distribution channels and optimizing loss settlement procedures.
Vera Yemelina comments on the decisions taken: "In 2007-2008, we expect insurance business to grow significantly, and ROSNO plans to reach top three of insurance service leaders in Volgo-Vyatka region by 2009. We plan to achieve these results mostly through developing distribution channels to individuals and companies, as well as through distributors, which will allow doubling the numerical strength of the Directorate’s salesforce. The segmented approach to business development will secure our financial stability".
ROSNO’s regional strategy is in line with the integral regional corporate policy. The policy’s main tasks are to reach top three and to take the leading positions in the target market segments.
