OREANDA-NEWS. May 25, 2007. Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port, JSC has increased its share of Novorossiysk shipyard, JSC up to 57.46% of the common stock, reports Interfax.
 
This share totals 64.95% of the company's capital.
 
It should be pointed out that earlier the Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port was the owner of a 46.39% share of the shipyard.
