OREANDA-NEWS. On May 22, 2007 ordinary shares of OAO "WGC-4" have been included in the Quotation List "B" of the MICEX Stock Exchange An agreement to include and maintain the Company's shares in the MICEX Quotation List "B" was signed on 22 May 2007. Trading in WGC-4 shares on the MICEX Stock Exchange is expected to be resumed in the very near future, reported the press-centre of RAO "UES of Russia".
The trading in the Company's shares on the Russian stock exchanges was suspended in connection with the conversion of the its issue 1 ordinary shares (par value RUB1 per share) into issue 2 shares having a smaller par value (RUB0,4 per share) effected on 25 April 2007.
