OREANDA-NEWS. May 14, 2007. ROSNO’s Volgo-Vyatka Directorate has held the seminar "Voluntary Employee Health Insurance as an Optimal Solution for Corporate HR Policy". ROSNO is the first insurance company to hold such an event for SME managers in Volgo-Vyatka region, reported the press-centre of  ROSNO. 
The event’s main goal was to familiarize corporate executives with the opportunities provided to them by voluntary medical insurance.
Olga Andriukhina, Director of Medical Insurance Centre, ROSNO’s Volgo-Vyatka Directorate, chaired the seminar. She informed the participants on the general structure of health insurance market, the voluntary medical insurance types that insurers offer and advantages of ROSNO’s voluntary medical insurance programs.
About 40 companies from Nizny Novgorod and region took part in the seminar. There were a few representatives of the companies that collaborate with ROSNO in VMI contracts for several years. They described the opportunities the VMI programs offer for extra employee motivation and their experience with ROSNO.
The seminar framework included a guided tour to Medexpress, a family-type clinic of a ROSNO affiliate. Seminar participants got acquainted with doctors and service personnel, examined the new therapeutic equipment and evaluated the interior of this medical institution.
