OREANDA-NEWS. On May 14, 2007 a special general shareholders’ meeting held by Sviaz-Bank in Moscow made a decision to reorganize by merging with Russian Industrial Bank Close Joint-Stock Company, reported the press-centre of  Sviaz-Bank.

In July 2007, there are plans to hold a joint shareholders’ meeting between Sviaz-Bank and Russian Industrial Bank. The merger should be completed by the end of 2007.
