OREANDA-NEWS. JSCB Promsvyazbank was named “The most active Issuing bank under Trade Facilitation Program in financing Russian imports in 2006”. The award was granted at the EBRD’s annual meeting and business forum held on 19 May in Kazan (the Republic of Tatarstan). Commenting the news, Senior Vice President, Director of International Business Department Artem Konstandian said: “This award clearly confirmed that our bank is one of the unconditional leaders in trade finance in Russia.

Development of these operations has always been one of Promsvyazbank’s strategic priorities. EBRD is one of the topmost partners of Promsvyazbank”. The total volume of international financing of Promsvyazbank in 2006 exceeded USD1.4 bln. Promsvyazbank’s limits within EBRD’s Trade Facilitation Program amounts USD80mln. with tenors of up to 5 years.
