OREANDA-NEWS. The Joint-Stock Company " Gazmetall " (is under control of UK "metalloinvest") and a Ukranian language " the Industrial union of Donbass " (ISD) in the near future will finish negotiations about merge, the general director of Joint-Stock Company Maxim Basov a t conference has declared " the Fifth metallurgical summit " in Moscow on Tuesday.

" Result of negotiations - or we shall declare merge, or about carry of consultations for longer time ", - it has informed. M.Basov has specified, that up to the end of month is planned to finish an estimation of actives of the parties. It did not begin t o predict results of negotiations.

M.Basov has added, that "Gazmetall" also is interested in merge to the metallurgical companies testing deficiency of raw material. As he said, such negotiations with the companies are already conducted, but it has refus ed to specify their names.

The basic shareholder "Gazmetalla" Alisher Usmanov declared Financial Times, that would like to lead primary public accommodation of actions of the new company which can be created as a result of merge to " the Industrial union of Donbass ", within a year in London. It spoke also, that Sergey Taruta, one of two basic owners ISD, can become the president of the new company, and "Gazmetall" will appoint chairman of board of directors.

In A.Usmanova's opinion, sinergeticheskij th effect from association of actives of Russian Joint-Stock Company " Gazmetall " and Ukrainian holding " Industrial union of Donbass " will make $1 billion a year. Capitalization of the incorporated business will make from $15 billion up to $19 billion.
