OREANDA-NEWS. On 10 May a new S7 ticket office opened at Volgograd Airport. Previously, S7’s only Volgograd ticket office had been in the city itself; tickets for S7 flights had been sold at the airport by a representative agency.

S7’s decision to open its own ticket office at the airport was prompted by the increase in the number of S7 passengers flying from there. As well as buying tickets at the new office, passengers can also pick up tickets paid for over the Internet, or, if necessary, have traffic documents reissued.


‘For passengers, the opening of the new office means added convenience: now, if any problems arise, they can consult our specialists at the new sales office, who will give them the help they need and do everything to make their journey with S7 comfortable and pleasant,’ says Dmitry Taran, Director of the Southern Branch of S7 Bilet.
