OREANDA-NEWS. The Board of directors of OJSC “Lenenergo” has made a decision to direct 381,57 million roubles from the surplus earnings of the company for 2006 to the accumulation fund. The surplus earnings of the company for 2006 has made 423,97 million roubles.

42,4 million roubles will be allocated to payment of dividends under preferred shares of the company. The size of dividends will make 0,4545898 roubles per one preferred share of the company.

The board of directors has made a decision to do not pay dividends under ordinary shares of the company on results of 2006.
