OREANDA-NEWS. OJSC “Mosenergo” has started carrying out opened one-stage competition without preliminary qualifying selection for the right of conclusion of the contract of development of investments substantiation to construction of the Petrovskaya state district power station with established electric capacity 4000 MW.

In a substantiation of investments it is planned to carry out evaluation of three basic variants of construction of a power station:
* 5 coal-dust blocks with individual capacity 800 MW;
* 5 steam-gas power units with individual capacity 800 MW;
* 2 steam-gas power unit with individual capacity 800 MW plus 3 coal-dust blocks with individual capacity 800 MW.

Russian and foreign legal persons, both separately and in structure of collective participants (consortia) are invited to participation in the competition.
