OREANDA-NEWS. The annual general meeting of shareholders of OJSC “Mosenergo” has approved the annual report of the company, the annual accounting reporting, including the report on profits and losses of the company.

Shareholders also have approved distribution of profit of the company on results of 2006.

The surplus earnings of the company for the period under review has made 1 523 725 thousand roubles. Out of them 76 186 thousand roubles will be directed in reserve fund, on accumulation - 847 539 thousand roubles, including on the investment in 2007 - 688 512 thousand roubles.

600 000 thousand roubles will be allocated to dividends. Under the ordinary shares the company will pay 0,02116389 roubles per ordinary share of the company in monetary form on results of 2006.
