OREANDA-NEWS. The annual general shareholders’ meeting of OJSC “Mosenergo” elected the new Board of Directors of the company.

The structure of the Board of directors included:
* Aksyonov Peter, first assistant mayor of Moscow in the Government of Moscow
* Budzulyak Bogdan, a member of the Board, Head of the Department on transportation, underground storage and use of gas of OJSC “Gazprom”
* Gavrilenko Anatoly, general director of Management Company "Leader"
* Golubev Valery, vice-president of the Board of OJSC “Gazprom”
* Kopsov Anatoly, general director of OJSC “Mosenergo”
* Matveev Alexey, vice-president of the Board of AB “Gazprombank" (JSC)
* Negomedzyanov Alexander, first assistant general director of OJSC "Mosenergo" on financial and economic issues, logistics and sales
* Pavlova Olga, a member of the Board, Head of the Department on management of property and corporate relations of OJSC "Gazprom"
* Skribot Wolfgang, director of the Department of corporate financing of AB "Gazprombank" (JSC)
* Seleznev Kirill, a member of the Board, Head of the Department of marketing, processing of gas and liquid hydrocarbons of OJSC "Gazprom"
* Smirnov Pavel, a member of the Board of OJSC RAO "UES of Russia"
* Udaltsov Yury, a member of the Board, Head of the Control centre of reform of OJSC RAO "UES of Russia"
* Fil Sergey, head of the department of corporate events of Business-unit 1 RAO "UES of Russia".

Joint-Stock Company "PricewaterhouseCoopers audit" was approved as the auditor of the company.
