OREANDA-NEWS. On May 17, 2007 Best Soft Uzbekistan - 2007 - the First National Exhibition for software products opened in Central Exhibition Hall of the Academy of Arts of Uzbekistan, reported the Presidential website www.gov.uz.

The event was organized by IT Association of Uzbekistan and supported by the Communication and Information Agency of Uzbekistan. 300 national and foreign companies are participating in the exhibition. Various interesting activities such as online chess game with the world champion Rustam Kasimdjanov, fair of vacancies for programmers, seminars and other different trainings will also be organized in the framework of the exhibition. Several contests with nominations; “Software product of the year”, “Best project of 2006”, “Best Company in IT education” is expected to take place and find the winners. The first day of the exhibition is for IT specialists only, while the second day is open to the general public.
