OREANDA-NEWS. The mortgage loan portfolio of Rosbank increased by 22,5 % and reached 250 mln. US Dollars As of 30 April, 2007 (by the end of 2006 - 204 mln. US Dollars). New home loans contribute 49,3% of the total portfolio, while regular mortgages make 50,7%. The currency composition of the loan book provides for 44,8% in Roubles, 55,2% - in US Dollars. 47,5% of mortgage loans were extended in regions by Rosbank branches (as of 01.01.2007 40%).
