OREANDA-NEWS. Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia has refused to bring case about infringement of the antimonopoly law by the company News Corporation.

On April 4, 2007 a number of firms have addressed to FAS of Russia claiming that the company News Corporation is controlling the market of services on distribution of outdoor advertising in Nizhni Novgorod, press-service of the FAS of Russia informed.

The FAS of Russia on the Nizhniy Novgorod region has come to a conclusion that interchange ability between various ways of distribution of advertising should be considered at definition of shares of participants of the market.
