Oil Production in Russia Increased by 3,6% in January-April
OREANDA-NEWS. The volume of oil production in the Russian Federation, including gas condensate in January-April 2007 increased by 3,6% in comparison with analogous period of 2006 and has made 161 million tons, the Federal Service of State Statistics (Rosstat) of the Russian Federation informed.
In January-April 2007, primary oil refining in the Russian Federation has made 73,8 million tons, or 3,9% more than last year.
According to Rosstat, the volume of production of automobile gasoline in Russia during the period under review has reached 11,5 million tons (107,7% against January-April 2006). Manufacture of diesel fuel has made 21,7 million tons (104,9%). Russian oil refining factories produced 20,8 million tons of reduced fuel oil (102,1%) for four months of this year.
