OREANDA-NEWS. On May 16, 2007, LLC Neft-Aktiv, a 100% held indirect subsidiary of Rosneft, was declared the winner of an auction for Lot 14 of the YUKOS assets being sold in connection with the company's bankruptcy proceedings.

After an opening price of RUR 1,669,336,000, Neft-Aktiv offered the winning bid of RUR 1,802,880,000 to acquire service and IT companies owned by YUKOS. A total of eight bids were placed at the auction, with each increment being RUR 16,693,000.

Included in the lot were 100% of CJSC Neftepromstroyservis' ordinary bearer shares, 100% stakes in LLC Imushestvo-Service-SSK, LLC Alnas Tsunar, LLC Alnas Elektron, LLC Alansmash, LLC  Alansmashservis, LLC ALNAS RD and LLC SIBINTEK-Leasing. The lot also included a 48,99% stake in LLC Siberian Internet Company, a 99% stake in Business Resurs and a 51% stake in Kontrol Servis.
