OREANDA-NEWS. B2B-energo, the electricity sector e-procurement system, today announced that the number of its participants has topped 10,190 users from 40 countries. A mere two months ago, the system had over 8580 registered users from 36 countries.

B2B-energo has been a success in providing a marketplace for procurement by RAO UES entities and is continuing to develop rapidly. Over the past two months alone, the aggregate volume of trading in B2B-energo grew by RUB16.5 billion to RUB84.7 billion.

At present, the B2B-users can simultaneously take part in 1275 public tenders and auctions online. Since the system's launch, over 9,100 tenders and auctions have been announced on the e-trading floor, with more than 25,000 bids and offers submitted through the system.
