OREANDA-NEWS. By the results of OJSC “VolgaTelecom” activity in Q I-2007 RAS proceeds amounted to 6 021,4 million roubles (growth rate vs. Q I-2006 – 119,6%).

“VolgaTelecom” revenues from telecommunication services made up 5 693,6 million roubles (growth rate –  119,1%), sales profit –  1 572,2 million roubles (growth rate – 113,2%).

Pretax earnings grew to 1 128,5 million rubles (growth rate – 100,5%).

OJSC “VolgaTelecom” net profit at Q I-2007 end made up 818,4 million rubles (growth rate – 99,8%). EBITDA - 2 158,9 million rubles (growth rate – 104,9%). Sales profit cost effectiveness made up 35,3%, pretax earnings cost effectiveness - 25,4%, net profit cost effectiveness - 18,4%. EBITDA in proceeds - 35,9%.
