OREANDA-NEWS. During the next few months SIBUR Holding JSC plans to increase its stake in Uralorgsintez JSC up to 95 percent.

Achieving this goal will allow SIBUR Group to establish full control over Uralorgsintez JSC, according to current legislation (art. 82.4 of the Federal law “On joint-stock companies”).

Presently the stake of SIBUR Holding JSC in shareholder’s equity of Uralorgsintez JSC comprised 88.21 percent.

Uralorgsintez JSC (Chaikovsky, the Perm region) joins SIBUR Holding JSC since 1996.  The main products of this enterprise are gas liquids, liquid petroleum gas (LPG), methyltertiarybutylether, benzol, isobutylene, methanol, polybutene oils.
