OREANDA-NEWS. Vnesheconombank and Citigroup Global Limited (London, Great Britain) signed an Agreement providing for conducting joint project financing transactions with the use of the investment fund’s financial resources.

The Agreement was signed by Vnesheconombank Deputy Chairman Sergey Lykov and Citigroup Global Markets Limited Managing Director Kathy Painter.
