OREANDA-NEWS. May 11, 2007. Rosgosstrakh in the Tula region won several tenders to provide the obligatory motor vehicle liability insurance for local agencies. According to the terms of the agreement, the company will insure 207 vehicles of the Tula region's Social Development Department and 60 cars of the Culture Department in the Tula region.
