OREANDA-NEWS. May 11, 2007. The Oil Companies of the Republic of Tatarstan produced 2,660,358 tons of crude oil in April accounted for 103.0% versus the month of April in 2006. 10,581,551 tons of crude oil were produced during the period of four months or 102.6% versus the same period of the last year.

OAO TATNEFT produced 2,155,697 tons of crude oil in April accounting for 102.3% versus April of the previous year. The amount of 46,627 tons of crude oil (102.2%) was produced above the plan. The best results were achieved by NGDUs (Oil and Gas Production Boards) Elkhovneft, Almetyevneft, Yamashneft and Leninogorskneft. The amount of 2,160,301 tons of crude oil was delivered by the first quality group with the above-the-plan delivery amounting to 110,801 tons of crude oil.

The Oil and Gas Production Boards of OAO TATNEFT produced 8,569,729 tons of crude oil from the beginning of the year demonstrating 1.9% growth versus the similar period of the previous year. The above-the-plan production amounted to 155,135 tons of crude oil (101.8%). The best results were achieved by NGDUs (Oil and Gas Production Boards) Elkhovneft (104.5%), Yamashneft (103.0%), Leninogorskneft and Almetyevneft (102.1%).
 
The amount of 8,529,384 tons of crude oil was delivered by the first quality group with the above-the-plan delivery amounting to 357,384 tons.
