OREANDA-NEWS. May 11, 2007. ROSNO’s Nizhny Novgorod branch has participated in the roundtable discussion on affordable housing, organized by the advertising agency Rating and TV channel "Kremlin" in the press centre of the Nizhny Novgorod Fair.

The discussion focused on such issues as the growing housing construction volumes, building quality, and the difficulties facing those developers who operate in Nizhny Novgorod. Due to the rapidly growing demand for housing offered under mortgage programs, the roundtable participants paid special attention to such issues as: the procedure for conclusion of common housing construction contracts, mortgage lending terms and conditions, as well as obligatory and voluntary real estate insurance.

The roundtable discussion was attended by the first deputy Minister of Construction of Nizhny Novgorod Region Mr. Vladimir N. Chelomin, construction companies Ingils, Striot, Capital NN, realting agency Chance, as well as the mortgage lending banks Soyuz and MBRR. ROSNO’s position at the roundtable discussion was presented by Ms. Tatyana Rudyka, head of the property and liability insurance department in ROSNO’s Nizhny Novgorod branch, who has elaborated in detail on major mortgage-related issues and the features of ROSNO’s programs.
