OREANDA-NEWS. In Kemerovo the agreement on social and economic cooperation between administration of area and operating company "Industrially-metallurgical holding" (PMH) for 2007 has been signed. And also start new koksovoj batteries № 3 took place. As the pre ss-service of a regional administration transfers, the agreement was signed by governor Aman Tuleyev and the deputy of the State Duma, chairman of supervisory council PMH Boris Zubitsky.

PMH for a long time works in Kuzbas. Branches of holding operate in Kemerovo, Berezovsky, Leninsk-Kuznetsk, Kiselevsk and Gurevske. In current to year PMH plans to enclose in development and reconstruction of the enterprises in region more than 2,2 billi on roubles. It will be created about 500 new workplaces, including more than 400 - at the coal enterprises. Only on two extracting mines in Berezovsky and Kemerovo expenses for maintenance of safe working conditions will make more than 70 million roubles. 
According to conditions of the agreement per 2007 stage-by-stage increase of wages on 10 % to a level of the last year will be lead. Planck of the average salary will raise in Open Society " Coke " up to 22,5 thousand roubles, on group of the enterprise s - 20 thousand roubles a month. On realization priority natsproektov Open Society " Coke " will list 60 million roubles. In addition 40 million roubles it will be directed on various social projects of area. So, the part of means is planned to allocate f r resettlement in 2007-2008 about 60 families of Kiselevsk from shabby habitation in the arranged well houses.

But the most important event of 2006 for the enterprise became end of construction koksovoj batteries № 3. For last 20 years it is the first ko ksovaja the battery in Russia which is not reconstructed, and it is constructed from zero, since a bookmark of the base. Construction of the battery has begun in May, 2004. And today its solemn start-up took place. And the new battery - not individual obj ct, and the whole complex: during its construction it has been reconstructed more half of all factory - about 20 major industrial objects. The total amount of investments in construction of the new battery has exceeded 2,82 billion roubles.

According to Aman Tuleyev, in connection with big volatilnostju the prices for coke in the market (within a year they can vary on 25-30 %) full security of the enterprise own raw material - the mortgage of economic safety and stable work of metallurgists. With input of the battery № 3 volume of manufacture of Open Society " Coke " will increase for 30 %. In a year it will be given in addition almost with 850 thousand tons of raw material for metallurgy of the country. Now each fourth ton of the Russian coke will be m ade in Kuzbas. It is important, that the new battery can make foundry coke which is necessary for a reviving defensive industry of Russia.

Due to increase in profit on realization of additional coke the city and area will receive annually nearby 120 mill ion roubles of taxes. Start-up of the new battery has given koksohimikam more than 160 new workplaces. With start-up of a complex of the battery № 3 need of the enterprise for qualitative coal raw material will increase up to 4 million tons annually (3 mi llion tons is now used nearby).
