OREANDA-NEWS. OAO Oil & Gas Company “RussNeft” has won the All-Russian contest “The Best Accounting Department in Russia - 2006”. The aim of the contest is to provide social encouragement to the best accounting departments of enterprises and institutions engaged in different spheres of business and of different forms of ownership, which successfully resolve the problems of efficient organization and implementation of accounting in present-day conditions.
