Novosibirsk, it is now possible to obtain the comprehensive set of services related to gas supply to an enterprise, shop, boiler installation, or a private household in one service office. OJSC Sibirgazservice, a division of the GAZEKS holding company, is launching a project under a tentative name Single Service Office. The aim of the project is to provide gas supply services to legal entities and private consumers.

In the opinion of Andrei Galchenko, director of the Novosibirsk branch of the GAZEKS holding company, the managing company of OJSC Sibirgazservice, implementation of this project will positively affect relations with future gas consumers. It is now possible to obtain the entire set of services in a single service office. During a visit to the office, a customer will fill in the standard request form, select the required equipment, and sign an agreement on provision of services. On the date specified in the agreement, the gas-service specialists will install the equipment and connect it to the gas supply system. The company plans to open first such office and start its operations this summer.

For legal entities, which need a significantly large amount of works, the contract includes a schedule for each stage of works agreed upon by the parties. Owing to this, the customer has clear understanding what service and at what time will be provided to his/her company and the schedule for the connection to gas supply.

As part of such an agreement, OJSC Sibirgazservice provides the following services: files the package of documents to be applied for obtaining the permit for gas usage, develops technical specifications, performs design and exploration works, including approval of the project with all the authorities involved, installs pipelines and gas equipment, and connects it to the gas supply system, that is, provides turn-key gas-supply services
