OREANDA-NEWS. On April 28, 2007 URALSIB BANK announced that it has won Global Finance Best Banks in Russia Award, 2007, as Best Regional Bank, reported the press-centre of URALSIB BANK.
Winners were chosen among entries evaluated by a word-class judging panel, and Global Finance editors were responsible for the final selection of winners. Winning banks were selected based on the following criteria: strength of strategy, management quality and commitment to improvement in corporate governance.
