Raiffeisen Bank Aval and OJSC IMPEXBANK Start to Realize a Joint Money Transfer Project "Express Mail"
OREANDA-NEWS. On April 27, 2007 the Raiffeisen International network banks — Raiffeisen Bank Aval and OJSC IMPEXBANK (Russia) — have started joint provision of the express money transfers service branded as "БЫСТРАЯ ПОЧТА" ("EXPRESS MAIL"), reported by PR services of the banks, reported the press-centre of Raiffeisen Bank Aval.
OJSC IMPEXBANK is the owner of the registered brand "БЫСТРАЯ ПОЧТА", and Raiffeisen Bank Aval is the settlement bank for this money transfer service. Raiffeisen Bank Aval has become the first bank among Raiffeisen Group network banks to introduce the given service.
Raiffeisen Bank Aval has started providing the express money transfer service "БЫСТРАЯ ПОЧТА" since 20 April in the branch, located in Kyiv, 4a Kutuzov St. Here clients may receive money transfers from Russia and other CIS countries, delivered via the system "БЫСТРАЯ ПОЧТА". At that, clients should not pay any surcharges. A commission is only to be paid by a money transfer sender. Today the commission fee makes 2% of the transfer amount.
Raiffeisen Bank Aval plans to expand a number of branches, which will provide the money transfer service "БЫСТРАЯ ПОЧТА".
At the time being, online money transfers branded as "БЫСТРАЯ ПОЧТА" are provided by 125 banks-partners in Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kirghizia, Moldova, Russia, Tadzhikistan, Uzbekistan and Ukraine. The number of outlets, which provide this service, as at 20 April 2007 amounted to 2,160, and it continues to grow.
