JSC "Aeroflot - Russian Airlines" Introduces an Improved Service Class "Kommersant"
OREANDA-NEWS. Since May 1, 2007 JSC “Aeroflot - Russian Airlines” introduces an improved service class “Kommersant” on the flights Moscow - Helsinki - Moscow, Moscow - Geneva - Moscow, and Moscow - Nice - Moscow, reported the press-centre of JSC “Aeroflot - Russian Airlines”. Detached area in the forepart of the economy class of the economy class is offered for the passengers of the “Kommersant” class on the aircrafts А320 exploited by Aeroflot on European and domestic Russian routes.
Improved food and service, a range of free alcoholic drinks, extended press mix, additional comfort things will be offered depending on flights duration. Other significant benefits for passengers of the “Kommersant” are attractive airport services check-in at the business class desk, priority baggage delivery, in-cabin baggage allowance of 15 kg and one personal thing (similar to business class), and also a pleasant compliment will be a voucher to feed zones in the Sheremetyevo airport. Aeroflot Bonus participants will get 150% miles for such a flight. Tickets of this class can be returned at any time before the flight with 100% reimbursement.

Aeroflot activities program on services improvement in 2007 stipulates improvement of the system of product quality control and achievement of the determined level of standards of all service elements.
