OREANDA-NEWS. The project was realized in cooperation with the software engineering company “SoftIntegro”. At first, the basic flows of administrative document circulation among the subsections and organizations of “KAMAZ” Inc. were automated. Over 500 users work in the uniform system, every month about 8000 documents are processed. The first results show that the system “DocManager” increases quality and efficiency of labour. It is estimated that the innovation saves 520 person-months which were earlier spent on registration and passing documents from hand to hand. The system is easy to work with, it doesn’t require the users’ high computer qualification and the special technical equipment of their working places. This explains its quick implementation and popularity among the “KAMAZ” workers. It’s planned to connect all employees of the “KAMAZ” corporation, who work with documents, to the united system of electronic document management in 2007-2008.
