OREANDA-NEWS. The first stage of the large-scale project on implementation of the united electronic document management on the basis of “DocManager” in “KAMAZ” Inc. was finished.

The project was realized in cooperation with the software engineering company “SoftIntegro”. At first, the basic flows of administrative document circulation among the subsections and organizations of “KAMAZ” Inc. were automated. Over 500 users work in the uniform system, every month about 8000 documents are processed.

It’s planned to connect all employees of the “KAMAZ” corporation, who work with documents, to the united system of electronic document management in 2007-2008.
