OREANDA-NEWS. The Board of Directors of OJSC “Mosenergo” has made a decision on amendments concerning prolongations of term of the placement of ordinary shares of the company till June 29th, 2007 in the decision on additional issue, and also in the prospectus of securities.

Changes in the decision do not touch upon the conditions determined by the decision of the general meeting of shareholders of OJSC “Mosenergo” about the placement of securities on December 20, 2006.

Within the next few days documents will be directed in FSFM for registration.

Technical prolongation of terms of the placement of the issue of additional shares of OJSC “Mosenergo” is connected with expectation of positive decision of FAS about purchase of securities of OJSC “Mosenergo” of OJSC “Gazprom”.

After reception of FAS decision by OJSC “Gazprom” and registration of changes in FSFM, OJSC “Mosenergo” will carry out necessary actions on completion of the issue of additional shares.
