OREANDA-NEWS. VTB 24 and Corporation MIRAX GROUP signed the cooperation agreement in the sphere of mortgage crediting. According to the agreement clients of MIRAX GROUP will have an opportunity to receive mortgage credits in VTB 24 on the conditions favourably differing from standard conditions of crediting of the bank.

In particular, the size of interest rate for using the credit will be reduced for the clients, bank expenses for consideration and reception of the mortgage credit will be cut down, period of moratorium on pre-schedule repayment will be reduced.

Within the frameworks of the joint program, there is no requirement on presence of additional security during the period of construction at registration of the mortgage credit in VTB 24 on the purposes of purchase of accommodation, which construction is carried out by the Corporation MIRAX GROUP.
