OREANDA-NEWS.  OJSC AK Savings Bank of the Russian Federation announced the increase of the net profit by 18 % in the first quarter 2007.

Value of the net profit for the fourth quarter of 2006 has made 22 909 216 thousand roubles, and for the first quarter 2007 - 25 931 076 thousand roubles. Increase has made 3 021 860 thousand roubles, or 13,2%.

Major factor of growth of the net profit was systematic development of business of the Bank and increase in incomes of the basic kinds of activity.

Besides, dynamics of parameter was affected with non-uniformity of reception of incomes under the state bonds and corporate securities within the portfolio of securities of the Bank.
