OREANDA-NEWS. OJSC “VolgaTelecom” presented audited reporting (RAS) of the results of its activity for 2006.

At 2006 year-end OJSC “VolgaTelecom” proceeds amounted to 21 691 million roubles (growth rate - 101,6%). Communication services revenues - 20 366,9 million roubles (97,98%). Communication services revenues share in the proceeds – 93,9%.

At 2006 year-end the revenues from communication services based on new technologies amounted to 2 164,1 million roubles or 10,6% of the total amount of revenues from communication services for the reporting period. The gain in revenues - 659,6 million roubles or 43,8% vs. 2005.

 Sales profit of the company has made 4 741,5 million roubles, (89,6% vs. 2005); pretax earnings totalled 3 534,2 million roubles, (103,2%).

The net profit of OJSC “VolgaTelecom” for 2006 has made 2 453,6 million roubles, (108,8%); net profit cost-efficiency - 14,5%.
