OREANDA-NEWS. The Ravne Knives and Metal Ravne companies, both members of the SIJ - Slovenian Steel Group, presented themselves jointly at the international tools, toolmaking and machine tools fair - FormaTool, in Celje in Slovenia.

The Ravne Knives company, one of the most important producers of industrial knives in the world with an acclaimed trademark, presented a varied sales programme: - knives for the timber industry - knives for the metal industry - knives for the plastics and recycling industries - knives for the paper, graphics, foodstuffs industries and packaging and - other knives. They also presented the services of mechanical handling, sharpening and thermic handling to potential customers. As the Plagkem - international fair of plastics, rubber and chemistry - and Graf&Pack - international fair of graphics and packaging (in addition to these fairs the Foundry fair was also underway) - fairs were underway at the same time as the FormaTool fair, our participation was very important, as our knives are greatly appreciated in all these industries. Metal Ravne, which traditionally takes part in the fair, presented the entire production programme with emphasis on tool steels – the already established trademarks Ravnex, Ravmax and Ravlux.
