OREANDA-NEWS. April 25, 2007. An exposition of the Moscow company SU-155 at the exhibition CeBIT-2007 running in Hanover was visited by Angela Merkel, the German Chancellor, a press service of the company grouping informed Construction World.

The Chancellor was introduced the project of an industrial park in Nizhny Novgorod developed by the company Nizhegorodkapstroy (a member of SU-155).

At present, the park has a name Ankudinovka in the working documentation. It will be the first industrial park in Nizhny Novgorod and one of the largest in Russia. The total cost of the project sums 15 billion rubles.

The experts of Nizhegorodkapstroy's design management have provided construction of not only various office and laboratory complexes but also of residential buildings for research staff. Special attention is given to a social infrastructure. In particular, it is planned to build 3 kindergartens, a comprehensive school, a sports center, a hotel there. As a matter of fact, it will be an independent area of the city providing the inhabitants with all requires for daily life.
