OREANDA-NEWS. The placement of issue of rouble-denominated bonds of Joint-Stock Company "Bank Russian Standard" of series 08 took place at MICEX Stock Exchange. Term of circulation of bonds makes 5 years. Volume of placed issue makes 5 billion roubles.

The issue has been placed completely within the first day. During the auction applications of investors to the amount of 4,852 billion roubles have been satisfied. General demand for bonds has exceeded 7,707 billion roubles. In total 46 applications have been submitted, 35 out of them are satisfied. Large foreign and Russian investors have taken part in the placement.

On results of the auction the rate of the first coupon under bonds has been determined at the rate of 8,25 % annual (41,14 roubles per bond).
