OREANDA-NEWS. The specialists of FSUE Russian Post will take part in the sessions held within the framework of spring session of Postal Operations Council of the Universal Postal Union held from 23 April till 4 May 2007 in Bern (Switzerland). Committee on Standards and Procedures, Committee on Terminal Dues and Economic Issues, Committee on Operational Issues and Committee on Markets will participate in the event. The key questions in agenda are modernization and improvement of postal services, regulatory activities, consideration of initiatives and research in postal sphere and recommendations on technology and operation standards to UPU members-countries.
