OREANDA-NEWS. Oil of Vankor and other projects of oil company Rosneft in East Siberia will provide for filling of East Siberia-Pacific Ocean pipeline by 50%, Aleksey Kuznetsov, Vice President of Rosneft told at Tuesday’s meeting of Council of Mines in Moscow, reported the press-centre of Rosneft. “We believe that in 2008 oil will flow from Vankor and in 2009 Rosneft’s oil will fill 30% of the first stage of ESPO, in 2014- 50% of all pipeline’s capacity” he said. According to him, at meantime Rosneft prepares feasibility study of refinery construction in the Far East and considering option of refinery construction in Skovorodino. He also noted, that today’s recoverable reserves of Vankor totaled 405 million tons. We are planning to come to 500 million tons”, said Kuznetsov.

Forecast of aggregate production at Rosneft’s oilfields in Irkutsk region totals 329 million tons. The company plans to invest for development of eastern project $10 billion, INTERFAX-ANI reports.
