On April 17, 2007 the SOGAZ Insurance Group has been announced the winning bidder in the open competition for the right to provide insurance services to the joint-stock company Sibirskaya Agrarnaya Gruppa [Siberian Agrarian Group], reported the press-centre of SOGAZ. In accordance with the terms of the competition, SOGAZ will provide CASCO auto insurance, compulsory auto liability insurance (OSAGO) and voluntary auto liability insurance to cover the company’s motor vehicles.


Besides, SOGAZ Insurance Group has signed a contract for the compulsory medical insurance (CMI) program to cover the employees of Sibirskaya Agrarnaya Gruppa. The closed joint-stock company Sibirskaya Agrarnaya Gruppa is Russia’s major agro-industrial holding company (comprises 14 enterprises, 4,200 people employed). The company is rated third in the ranking of Russia’s largest and most efficient pork-producing corporations.


The SOGAZ Insurance Group comprises the following companies: OJSC SOGAZ, Neftepolis Insurance Company Ltd, OJSC Gazprommedstrakh, SOGAZ-Life Insurance Company Ltd, the management company CJSC Leader, and the medical services company Gazprommedservice Ltd.
