OREANDA-NEWS. On April 20, 2007 in Hanover one of the biggest industrial fairs in the world finished. Sevmash presented its production on “Hannover Messe” for the first time, reported the press-centre of Sevmash. At ceremonial meeting on the occasion of fair opening, Federal Chancellor of Germany, Angela Markel, spoke. Russian exposition is located on the area of more than 2500 m2. In the first place, on stands there are innovation products and defense enterprises’ high technologies used in power engineering.

”In many respects, expanding scope of our manufacturer in Hanover is connected with high growth rate of Russian economy, positive moving forces and trends of high-tech branch development”, - claimed the Head of Federal Agency For Industry, Boris Aleshin, on Russian exposition opening. During“Hannover Messe” Russian-German industrial forum has taken place, its participants have presented to audience joint projects in the sphere of space branch, aircraft and shipbuilding. Sevmash participation was productive. Representatives of well-known European companies visited the enterprise stand. The ways of cooperation were set in the sphere of shipbuilding and machine industry, equipment deliveries.
