OREANDA-NEWS. April 24, 2007. The Board of Directors at Uralsvyazinform appointed the date and venue for an annual general shareholders meeting. Uralsvyazinform will hold the annual general shareholders meeting on June 15, 2007 which will start at 10:00 am local time. Registration of the persons eligible to attend the AGM will begin at 8:00 am. 
The venue for the AGM and registration for persons entitled to take part in the annual shareholder meeting is 161, Kirov St., Chelyabinsk, 454000. The list of persons elibigle to take part in Uralsvyazinform’s annual shareholder meeting will be compiled on April 27, 2007.
