OREANDA-NEWS. On April 11, 2007 ROSNO-Tula branch has taken part in the round table discussion "Current issues in appraisal business. Regulatory problems. Development prospects".

The round table meeting participants discussed legal regulation of appraisal business, appraiser civil liability insurance, development prospects for the year 2007, and peculiarities of appraisal operations in different sectors such as real estate, transport, or securities, reported the press-centre of  ROSNO.

The managers of ROSNO-Tula branch, deputy branch director Ms. G.Scheglova and the director of Schekino agency Ms. A. Isaicheva, voiced major problems related to appraiser civil liability insurance in case of property, transport, or securities appraisal, and told of possible resolution options and products offered by ROSNO. The largest interest was drawn by practical cases describing the appraisers’ insurance protection.

This round table discussion, arranged by the Tula Business Development Centre, was attended by the Head of the Department of Legal Regulation of Market Economy of the Institute of Professional Evaluation, members of the Expert and Advisory Council on Appraisal Business by the RF Ministry of Economic Development, as well as appraisal firms from Tula, Kaluga, Buryatia, and other RF localities.

Many of the round table meeting participants are clients of ROSNO-Tula branch, being insured under the appraiser civil liability insurance. Among them were CJSC "Firma Otsenschik", Fedbel Ltd., CJSC "Rezon" and other companies.
