OREANDA-NEWS. Fitch Ratings has today affirmed Russian insurer Progress-Garant Insurance Company's ("Progress-Garant") International Insurer Financial Strength ("IFS") rating at "B-" (B minus) and National IFS rating at "BB+(rus)".

The Rating Outlooks are Positive.

Simultaneously, Fitch has withdrawn these ratings. Fitch will no longer provide rating coverage of Progress-Garant.
